Discover Savoy's rich heritage!

On stage, the Echo de nos Montagnes folk group from Annecy presents a program of singing, dancing and music played on a variety of traditional instruments.

Some thirty authentic costumes from the Annecy region, faithfully recreated, bear witness to ancestral know-how in the art of thread and textile, and reveal an era when each village identified itself with its own traditional costume.

The Ecomusée du Lac d'Annecy, created and run by Echo de nos Montagnes, in Sevrier, evokes life in the Savoyard Alps in the 19th century.

The association's aim is to discover and promote the folk arts and traditions of Savoie through sharing and transmission!
